Created by police officers, EPIC teaches officers how to safely and effectively intervene in another officer’s actions to prevent mistakes, misconduct, and to keep civilians safe.

The hearing will include testimony from NOPD officers and management, the U.S. Department of Justice, the Consent Decree Monitoring Team, and locals who were involved in the development of the EPIC program.
