According to a press release issued Monday, the CEO will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing NORD employees and programs, as well as overseeing the development, implementation and administration of NORD policies, programs and facilities; managing daily operations and assist in building financial and strategic support for NORD.
The CEO works in conjunction with the Executive Director of the NORD Foundation.
Qualified applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and minimum 7-10 years of experience in management and programming, with minimum 5 years of experience in recreation, human resources, finance, operation or related field.
