The Office of Business & External Services (OBES) has temporarily suspended its satellite office services at the Rosa F. Keller Library & Community Center in Broadmoor.

The temporary suspension comes as Orleans Parish continues to experience a dramatic increase in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations.

The satellite office, which was open on Thursdays at the library, gave residents access to services and information from several City agencies, including Safety & Permits, Code Enforcement, Workforce Development, Economic Development, the City Planning Commission, the Historic District Landmarks Commission and the Veux Carré Commission.

Ostensibly a step taken to slow the spread of coronavirus, the City hopes to restore services at the Rosa Keller branch and expand to the East New Orleans Regional Library and the Algiers Regional Library.
